I had 2 dogs that were getting old and having accidents on our wall-to-wall carpeting. No matter what products I used or how many times I rented a carpet cleaning machine I couldn't get them clean (free of stains). I was about to replace the carpets even though they were not that old. Aeroclear was able to bring them back to life, they look brand-new! I can't say enough how happy I am with the results. They also cleaned my tile floor kitchen and I did not know how dirty they were until I saw the grout lines color change to almost white I guess mopping and bleach wasn't really cleaning them. I have Aeroclear scheduled to do my airducts next week before tuning on my central air ac. Great company, amazing customer service, timely and professional. ~ Jeff D

I called Justin after finding him on a google search. He was prompt in answering my call and fitting me in his schedule as I was desperate to figure out what was causing my debilitating sinus headaches in a new construction home. Justin came and found the problem: the ducts were full of the fine construction jepsun dust that was causing me the problem. He spent 6 hours filming, cleaning and sterilizing the duct system. My house smells wonderful and I already feel the difference. I really appreciated his concern for my health and wanting to make sure he got everything. And when he was leaving he told me if I had any further issues he wanted me to call. This kind of customer experience is what builds a great reputation and business. If I could give more than 5 stars to Aeroclear and the owner Justin I would! I messaged Justin yesterday morning about cleaning an area rug. He said he could come yesterday afternoon. He did. He looked at the rug and said he wanted to take the rug with him to clean. He said he didn’t want any moisture to go through to my hard wood floors underneath. I knew he was trustworthy instantly. Last night he messaged me about my rug and said it was a high end rug and he could only do a light cleaning on it. I had bought it on FB marketplace. He said I got a very good deal. This morning he sent me a message that it was done and asked if he could drop it off today. He just did. It looks and feels great. It smells fresh too. He gave me some tips too on cleaning. Two and a half years ago we remodeled our kitchen and used an epoxy grout on the floor with our new tile. It turned out that the grout was defective and required color sealing. The grout company found 3 different companies that were capable of correcting the grout issue. Countless calls, texts, and emails back and forth, and still no one would even come look at the floor. Finally, after two and a half years, we were referred to Justin at Aeroclear. Justin called us immediately and came right out to look at our floor. He was confident that he could clean and then color seal the grout. We scheduled a date and he and his crew returned to complete the job. They were punctual, polite, and respectful during the entire process. They did an amazing job cleaning the entire floor and the color sealing came out great. I wish I could give 100 stars but unfortunately it only allows 5. The service Justin provided with more than superb, I messaged him for a quote on having my carpets deep cleaned and I had a response within minutes. Talk about amazing customer service. He came to my house on a Sunday which I was not expecting but so grateful he came out on a typical day of rest for businesses. He was professional, kind, and absolutely reasonable in price. Justin is fantastic. He communicated in advance to confirm the agreed-upon appointment time - and showed up when he said he would. His service is first-rate. He cleaned our ducts and dryer vent, and left everything clean and running efficiently. He is a pleasure to interact with - friendly yet not intrusive. At one point while he was here, we needed to do an errand; we trusted him completely to be in the house while we were gone.
